The Pallet Book Now Operates in 12 Cities Across Canada
By The Pallet Book
When we launched The Pallet Book, we started with three markets: Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. These are the highest-volume pallet corridors in Canada, and they gave us the foundation to prove that our matching model works. Today, we are announcing that our network has expanded to cover 12 major Canadian cities from coast to coast.
The Full Network
Our active markets now include Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto and the GTA, Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton, Halifax, and St. John's. Across these 12 regions, we have onboarded over 150 supplier nodes — each one vetted for reliability, capacity, and quality standards.
What This Means for You
If you are a buyer, you now have access to competitive supplier options in every major Canadian market. No more relying on a single local supplier with no leverage on price. If you are a recycler with surplus inventory, you can now reach buyers across a national network instead of waiting for local demand to materialize.
Regional expansion also means better logistics matching. PalletMind factors in supplier proximity when scoring matches, so buyers in Calgary are not getting quoted by suppliers in Halifax. The network is national, but the matching is local — and that keeps delivery times short and freight costs down.
Growing with Demand
Every new market we enter starts with a baseline of vetted suppliers, and the network deepens over time as we onboard additional suppliers and build transaction history. If you are in one of these 12 markets and want to join our supplier network, reach out through the supplier application on our site. We are always looking for reliable operators to strengthen coverage in high-demand corridors.
